  Sherry is very kind, and you could tell actually enjoys her job. The other old, gray haired lady, Donna, was rude. If I were the owner of the dog she was working on, it would not have been pretty. She was jerking the dog, and was handling the dog roughly. Maybe I am just too sensitive when it comes to dogs-but I will never go back to that place again.

  Donna is extremely rude. From the moment I got there i felt like she wasn't going to be able to cut my dog the way I wanted her to. And guess what I picked up a shaved dog that was not anything like I wanted. I will NEVER have her cut my dog again

  I like this store... The employees are very helpful. They always suggest extra sales & coupons. I have not taken my "kids" to the grooming area; however, it appeared to be clean and ready that visit.
